PASSPORT DISPATCHED ON 2 AUG- haven't received yet!!!

hi friends
I have applied my file on 10 july Vfs Delhi
it reached chc Chandigarh on 11 july and on 12 july it reached consulate general of Canada,Chd and was under processing.

On Friday, 2 Aug
my passport status changed to dispatched at 4.30PM, I havent received any mail or sms regarding that. I dont know even my visa is approved or not. very tensed

till today
I havent received my passport , even the airway bill no of bluedart is not mentioned on vfs application tracker link.

am very disappointed ryt now, anyone having the same experience plese help me out,!!!!

and which vfs office should i call. Delhi office or the Chd!

Timings India 0800 hrs-1200 hrs & 1300hrs-1600hrs.

Just called Vfs and they told me application has been processed and is ready for delivery but bluedart has nt generated the airway bill number for that.
Now I have to talk to bluedart office.
