PASSPORT DISPACHED POSTIVE OR NEGATIVE?

Today i got msg that your file has been dispached from embassy..i m worried.bec did not receive mail from cic.
applied on 20 jan
status changed today

profile=72% betch (cse) overall 3 backlogs while reattempt this became 5

diploma(cse)=68%

ielts =overall 6.5 not less than 6 each .
what do u think?
