Passport despatch mail received but not approval ...does it means visa is reject

I applied for study visa on 5th Nov in vfs Chennai...and I got mail on 20 Nov stating that visa has been dispatched at 4pm ...so really worried because no approval mail was received ....does that mean my visa is rejected

I applied on 6th Nov. got dispatched mail on Friday at 4 pm. Now its Sat 12.20 pm no approval mail till now. So worried as this is my 2nd attempt.

Will get passport on Monday. Don't know whether its approval or rejection.

I even i applied for Study Visa under SPP from mumbai, The VFS has sent it to Bangalore and its still showing your application is under processing....
I applied on 5th Nov and today is 21st Nov. What could be the reason for this delay ?

No it can't be said...until you open your processed passport.
I got email on the next day of passport dispatch date but my visa was stamped on 5 days earlier of any change in the VFS Status.
Don't Worry... Hope you'll be holding it sooner.
