In case of a positive visa decision, will it be necessary to come in person in Visa Center or is it enough to send the passport by the delivery service?

If it is approved there should be instructions included with the notification letter.

In some countries you can arrange for passport pick up and drop off through VFS Global after visa stamping for an extra fee.
