No, I applied inland. On 14th Dec, I got the counterfoil document number and its expiration date in GCKey account

Where does it show that they received your passport and documents? in gckey or tracker?

In tracker it says "We received the passport(s)/travel document(s) you sent us " dated 14th Dec 2023 and in GcKey application shows approved as of 23rd Nov 2023

Nov 27: Passport delivered at Ottawa
Dec 14: status updated to counterfoil
Dec 16: status updated to approved
Dec 29: case closed

passport is not shipped yet, and no further updates. I’m wondering what’s happening? Looks like others are in the same boat. (We are in USA and ready to move to Canada as soon as we receive passports)
