Do I need to send the nortorized copy of the passport Bio Data page while sending the Documets to NS, Canada.

Even your visa office requested Notarized copy of passport in guide? or its just simple copy of passport? try to recheck with guide, by the ways, do notarized, it wont make any problem but finish your doubt.

the truth is that for initial application you dont need to have the copy of biodata page of passport notarized. but yes, this is also true that if you notarize it, they wont reject you on this basis .

I second to ja77. No need of PP copies alognwith initial application to CIU.
