Passport change

Hi every body,
I changed my passport before receiving passport request letter. And as soon as I recived my passport, I sent a webform to the IRCC.
Now, my passport is under proccess in the IRCC since 30th November and no new update since that time. Other students with similar situation got their LOI letter and their passport had been processed.
What do you think is the reason for this delay?
Should I be worried about it?

I think if you had updated IRCC prior to passport request, I am pretty sure you're good. You should be getting you LOI soon too. Good luck!

Yes I sent a webform before passport request. However, after several weeks the IRCC replied back that my documents had been added to my application. Thank you so much for the reply.

I hardly think the passport change has anything to do with the seeming delay. Moreover, you webform-ed IRCC about the new passport and they responded positively to it. Even so, your new passport has a section showing your old passport number, has it not? Just chill, bro!

Thx so much mate for the reply. Fortunately, today my passport got labeled.
Funny thing us the expiry date which is according to my last passport and not the new one.
