This is my file history for your reference:

Application was sent to London: May,2008
Documents (certificates..) requested on: December 2008
Police Certificate + IELTS rquest: April 2009
More update docuemtns : March 2010
Medical request: June 2010
Medical test made and sent back: 25 Sep. 2010 (I delibrtly delayed it :)
Passport request: 28 Feb 2011
Passport sent: 28 Mar 2011
Passport recieving: still waiting, good news on the way inshAllah.


I wish best to all of you brother, we all share one goal.

Once I got the PP, I will update the thread inshAllah.

Generally they update this general statement after the Decision Made. They dont mention anything like visa issued or PPs on way.
With me it was the same and after my DM , it took me exactly 20 days to recv my PPs back with Visas.

Guys, Alhadmulelah, I got my passort today.

The Aramex guy came to my office, no one called me to verify.

I recieved SMS yesterday from the Canadian Embassy Riyadh ,telling that my passport has been shipped via Aramex 8).

Hi Aspire ,

I got my visa n PPs last month on 20th april.

Donot worry , your PPs will be with you soon. It should have been there by now but nevertheless , max between 13-15th May you should recv them. Keep checkin your ecas , as it shows DM next will be your PP at ur doorstep...depending upon the next batch of couriers from London. It happens twice a month to Can Embassy , Abudhabi.
For me it took exact 6 weeks to get my PPs back , so ur well in time. I know this wait is the most frustrating one but be patient and enjoy the time

I too wish you get your PPs soon. That will give me a guideline in how many days it took to stamp visas.
