My father is a truck driver, he does run Canada-US, we need to apply for passport ASAP for his work, we know that after 2 business days we can able to apply for our passport. Our oath taking will be on July 28, 2017. We just want to type our application before our oath taking and sign it. Is that okay? It should be one guarantor to sign our picture, the passport application and all photocopies we will be submitting? Thank you in advance for your response.

Simple advice: don't post date your signature on the application. You'll howeve need 1 guarantor and 2 references!!!

The 2 ID documents required for passport application can be driving license and health card? Even though the health card does not have photo and is not signed?
