Passport application- guarantor sign date

I will apply a passport application soon.
I wonder do I have to sign first before getting the guarantor sign?
For example, I signed May 20th and guarantor sign May 21st. Is that ok?

or same date?

I think guarantor have to sign it after I signed because they need to confirm all my informations including my signature.
