Passport and LOI not received back although status changed to approved

Hello everyone,

I applied from Abu Dhabi visa office for study permit online and got original passport request on 24th of October.
I submitted the passport the very next day to vfs on the very next day.
My cic account was updated on 30th of October and the final decision read as your application was approved and check your messages below but there was no approval letter also called letter of introduction (LOI).
Also my document status was updated with counterfoil details and expiry date. Since then it has been 9 days and I have not got my passport back and haven't got the LOI too.

The online tracking of vfs still says that it was forwarded to Canada visa office on 26th of October. What should I do since there is no option to call the visa office?I have sent them the email. What else can be done? Would be grateful if someone has already experienced that and found a solution. Thanks

yah the same happened to me, my application was approved on 1st nov and also received the passport stamped but no letter i've received, u got any reply to the email?

What was your visa office? Send an email to your visa office. My basic concern is that even after approval 9 days have passed but have not got the passport back yet. Also ofcourse I may get around passport dispatch but this is weird that even after stamping my passport is not back with me yet. How many days after approval you got your passport?

Visa office was Bangalore, It was couriered on the next day of approval and was delivered on 4th but haven't got that letter yet!

No need to worry. Just email your concern to the concerned visa office and you will get it in few days.
