So Ottawa VO told me to send the amendment pages of my passport, which I sent in yesterday. I scanned them and printed them (didn't have to send the physical passport). My question is, is did I send in the right pages? I sent in the last few pages (the pages after the visa ones ended) and I also sent a scanned pic of the passport page with my pic and all my info on it, as well as the page that got signed at the border to enter Canada.

Hmm ... we just sent in a copy of the page that has my husband's photo and information. The rest of his passport is blank because he never uses it. He crosses the border with his extended driver's license. I hope they don't send our envelope back. Ugh.

I have no idea that's what I'm trying to figure out too. I'm pretty sure the amendment pages are at the back and i THINK it's to see if any notes are written there but I'm not sure. I'm hoping someone can clarify for us

My husband's email says to send a copy of the photo page and any pages containing amendments. My husband's passport is practically new. He only got it because he needed it for immigration and it has never been used for travel purposes, so I guess we're okay. If not, I'm sure they'll let us know.

Has anyone gotten an answer on this or received positive feedback from sending in the blank endorsement pages? Any help would be great!
