Passing US border with valid PR, but not meeting PR obligation 730 day

You can still keep and renew your PR card and eventually apply for citizenship on your own when completing the RO. This requirement is individual, not based on your family presence, even though you landed together as a family. Other members of the family too need to meet the RO individually to renew their PR card and also to apply for citizenship.

I want update my case. I entered Canada 1 week before my PR card expires time from YYZ airport(Toronto). I went from kiosk and everything was fine. Entered Canada with my family.

No any question. But I had a H&C case and prepared all proves for any situation.
