Passed Medical exam but got disappeared suddenly.

Hi there , same thing happened to me my medical got passed few minutes after it disappeared is that normal ?
My medicals disappeared when my eligibility completed on tracker. It changed from you passed to medicals to "You do not need a medical exams" and once my BG check was completed, it was passed again before i got portal 1.

AOR: May 27th
Medicals passed / UCI linked - June 19th
Tracker opened and BG in progress - June 20th (Bio in progress in tracker)
Bio complete tracker - July 11th (GCkey changes to "We are processing your background check"
Eligibility in review - July 12th
Medicals passed disappeared and turned to "You do not need medicals" in GCkey - July 17th.
Eligibility completed - July 18th
Back ground check - Security not started (as per IRCC agent) on July 21st
GCkey - Medicals Repass - August 2 and Final Decision - August 2
Tracker - Everything completed with COPR number on August 3
PVO - CPC Ottawa, SVO - CIO Sydney
Portal 1 - August 2 - Replied on Same Day (VO: Etobicoke)
Waiting for Portal 2
AOR May 15th my eligibility is under Review required for not able to verify Canadian employer online presence - i gave all T4, pay stubs too.
My medicals was passed eariler but on Jan 2nd it disappeared when I called they said its passed dont worry I got GU but still eligibility is under review required.
before Yesterday my Security was not started but yesterday they passed my Security and criminality but still eligibility is under review required per IRCC agent so I am confuse How come they passed security before passing eligibility???
is that something happens as trend is usually eligibility gets completed and then security starts in my case its opposite.
or it might be possible agent wont see status change till senior officer finalizes my application that when eligibility gets changed to passed?

I need some encouraging advise from your experience or knowledge please.
I'm a Jan 2023 applicant, outland spousal sponsorship. That means my application is in backlog.
IRCC requested ADR in January which I provided in early Feb and they acknowledged receipt on the tracker.
However, all went silent until my medical expired and vanished on GCkey early April.
All fields on the tracker were completed by then.
After bombarding the Visa Office (Nairobi) with emails and webforms, they responded that the file was under review .
Eligibility on the tracker was updated as in progress from completed, while medical still shows completed though it expired a month ago.
Can anybody advise on what might be going on please?

On June 27th,2024, I checked my account. it was showing Medical Passed. However, yesterday I just randomly checked my account. the medical passed notification just disappeared. Also, under the medical exam bullet, there is nothing, just blank. its not even showing "You do not medical'. What to do in this case ? Really appreciate.
