I find it strange because as a PR, you are supposed to be residing in Canada and you are so I do not know how they expect you to travel that far with one weeks notice. I suggest you contact them and ask if you can do a phone interview.

I really have no idea why they want to interview you. You say you do not meet the residency requirements and will not until July so leaving is a risk for you at this point.

I wouldn't like to think that immigration is trying to lure you out of the country to revoke your PR but if you show up outside Canada and you do not meet the residency requirements, it would be easy for them. Maybe they are testing to see if you really are in Canada at this point or if you are in your home country.

You should really contact the visa office and tell them that you are in Canada and ask them if they really expect you to travel for this interview.

The visa office will review your sponsorship application to cover any areas of concern. They will review your eligibility and also those for the kids...their having a medical is somewhat surprising as it usually indicates application going ok though for kids not having to undergo a background/security check does speed things up. It may be a mechanistic process too prior to detailed file review but this would almost indicate CIC disregarded the Residence Obligation breach. What does their letter state? Does it ask you to bring in their passports or travel documents?

If you had time you could get FOSS/GCMS notes to see what issue they have. I expect your residence will be covered and also the legal position with the father as to his consent. You say you are separated from him. If he meets the Residence Obligation he could have been the sponsor subject to your consent. Is he aware of the sponsorship?

Its obvious you have decided to go home and it doesn't matter what anyone tells you. Some of your questions are in line with asking something until you hear the answer you want. Its always a risk to leave Canada when in breach of your RO and even more so when CIC are aware of the breach. Its up to you to risk going for interview. You and your husband despite the separation have obviously left your kids in the care of someone trustworthy so you could always re-schedule the interview to a date when you meet the RO and preferably have a new PR Card. Having a telephone interview is also an option but you need to contact the visa officer to arrange this. Note that interviews such as these require the applicant to pay for the call.

Another issue is that if you and your husband were still together you losing your PR would not be a big issue because he can wait until he has his 730 days and then sponsor you for PR again as well as sponsor the kids but if you are separated, he can not sponsor you.

Thanks my dears, actually i contacted with CIC they told me that " the Appointment can not be rescheduled, just i have to answer Yes or No and it was scheduled on my home country as per my choice when i have applied ::)"
Msafir, you are right i want to go to get an end for this suffer, you can not imagine how far i am suffering without my kids.
In their e-mail, they did not ask for any documents, just they send the time and location for the interview.
Leon, i don't believe that, they need to withdraw me to home country to revoke my PR, nothing stop them to do it anywhere anytime ( as long as they have the reasons. :(

It is still easier to revoke your PR when you are outside Canada. When you show up to the interview, they can yoink your PR card and you will be outside Canada without a way to get back. If you try to apply for a travel document, they can refuse based on that you do not meet the residency requirements.

If the interview was scheduled inside Canada, they would have to give you an order to leave which would turn into a deportation order after some time but it would be easier for you to fight it if you are in Canada.

However, I really hope they are not going to do that. When you sponsored your children, you had no other choice than to apply outland where your kids live. Sometimes they call for an interview because of spousal cases but I have never heard of a sponsor being asked to interview overseas. I have also never heard of an interview to sponsor minor children. It's not like a spousal case where you have to prove that the relationship is genuine. They are your kids, says so on their birth certificates I assume.

I hope the best for you but if they do yoink your PR card and leave you stranded in your home country with your kids, don't be too surprised. Also if they don't take your PR card, go back as soon as possible in order to continue to fill your residency requirements.
