Hi guys,
I worked as a part-time Teaching Assistant during my undergrad degree in the University out of Canada. Can I count that as a part of my work experience or only the job after completion of my bachelor's degree will count?

in Canada or out of Canada ?

If it is in Canada the answer is:

Self-employment and student work experience
Self-employment and work experience gained while you were a full-time student (such as a co-op work term) doesn’t count under this program.

You can not teach without a graduate degree (as per NOCs), so should claim experience post Graduation only.

however, you can claim part time work experience under NOC 1241, check if that applies to your job during Undergrad.

Hi Preet, I was a teaching assistant, when I checked my job duties it matched with NOC 4012. My responsibility was not to teach students but was to assist Professor.

You can choose that. There is another NOC for assisting professors or teachers.
