ou'll be making around $200 per week before taxes
There are almost no taxes (except CPP and EI) for such earning. Anyways, no way it is enough to pay international student tuition.

However, it is very difficult in Canada to study FULL TIME and work.

Hi Guys,

I have 10 years of exp in IT and planning for Masters in CS. I have plan to Study and get Part time job from same employer whom I am currently working for. Please let me know if it will be possible to study and work, also will it be permitted to start work as I land in Canada. Do I need to take permission from University?

Regards
Raj

From June 1st, you won't need any kind of permission to work off-campus but not more than 20hrs/week and before that you need to have off-campus work permit.

Also, what I am perceiving is, you will work with your employeer from home (freelancing). So you are allowed to do so even before June 1st and there is no need to take permission for that from anyone.

Also, I guess usually there are no specific timings for work (i.e as an IT freelancer, you can work 4-5 hrs anytime a day). So it is manageable to work part-time with studies.

By new law active June 2014, an international post secondary student will be authorized to work up to 20 hrs per week. So I think you just will need to take care about taxes.

Also, Master students in CS get financial support from university including scholarship, TA and RA jobs. It is enough to cover tuition fees + extra 5-15 K per year depending on university.
So how you can raise extra money just being a student:
1. If at the end of the term you are top 5% students in the program, you can get scholarship for good academic performance, about 1.5-5K
2. You can get extra funding from your supervisor doing more work as RA. Amount varies.
3. You can get more hours as a TA. Maximum allowed workload is 10-20 hours per week depending on university. On average 25CAD/hr.

Will it be possible to study and work? Well, it is difficult to say. If you are familiar with most of the courses (you need to pass to complete the program) and have research experience (needed for your Thesis), then probably yes.

Nope. It is not included. That student price IS a discounted. A regular Metro pass is near $130

Being an IT student/professional, you can do as much freelancing (work at home i.e elance, odesk, freelance, etc...) as you can.
I have no restriction AROUND THE GLOBE.
