Hi again,
1. if i work 39 hrs p/week it means that i have worked 1872 hrs per/year..as 39*4=156 and 156*12=1872 so it means i donot fullfill the 1950 hrs per/year criteria then how to justify it..
If I understand your question correctly... Every month except February has more than 4 weeks (more than 28 days), so they add up to 52 weeks in a year -
(4 weeks * 12 months =48, so you are missing 4 weeks in your calculations.)
2. I already have 19 points for three years exp. but i also have 1 year part-time and 8 months full time exp. as per noc catagory both are at diff. times.how would CHC would ward me points for these experiences.
If you want points for the part-time work, you will need to document the total number of hours, and total number of weeks (not months) worked. This is one situation where having payslips or annual statements of earnings may be needed.
As for the full time work, again you will need to know the number of weeks (not months) worked... I am not sure how they give points for experience of less than one year - I think they add all the skilled time together and calculate points based on that...
Hope that helps...
