Babak, the message in your ECAS is since last Tuesday. As you know ECAS is being updated only on Tuesdays.

With regards to the message in ECAS, I think it just duplicates their request to you via email on 29th. If you already provided them what they requested, you just need to wait for further instructions from them.

Thanks for looking on the bright side, but the line was not there last night as I checked. I used to check my ECAS every day and I am sure it has been appeared today. Do you mean that it's updated on the last Tuesday but appeared today?

I hardly believe that any update to your ECAS was done on weekend. As far as it is known that all ECAS updates are done on Tuesdays. I think it does not matter when it was done. In any case it repeats the request.

If u still think you may miss something, you always can place CSE to ask question.

Anyway it makes sense that the request has been repeated because as I know, updating ECAS is slow. On the other hand, when I sent the email, I received an acknowledge automatically.

But to ensure, is placing a CSE is complicated or can delay something? or in your opinion, is it better to wait a couple of days or act immediately?

CSE definately irritates IOs as when it is placed message will go not only to AS but to his boss who is MLP. CSE is like REPLY TO ALL. Therefore, if u are confident that they are sufficient with what u sent then it is better to wait. Still up to u...

The new thing that I had new baby born last week here in Canada,, I'm wondering if I need to contact VO so they amend the dependents section in the COPR or for another reasons,, or she is Canadian by default and won't make a difference ,,,,

Pls advise me cus I need to land next week..

Congratulation with PPR. Well, done!

In order to be on safe side and avoid any issues with this during landing I would suggest you urgently inform VO about the case via CSE. They will let you know if anything is further needed.

SLU-We started processing your application. My IO usually puts it in ECAS only upon return of docs from security check. After that it usually takes from 2 to 4 weeks to get PPR

Thanks a lot Fsasamir - i think my application is currently undergoing security & criminal check since after AOR i havent heard nothing and my staus is still "we received your application on..... :-X
