You can land where ever you want, and there is no problem at all. Did u get Visa stamped at the ambassy?

Yes it was yesterday,and GCKey updated finally,lol do i have to show a transportation outside Québec to IO? because a friend will drive me to Ottawa

Usually you dont have to show anything, PR allows to go where ever you want in canada

I have a question, in my cic account in final decision says now that my application was approved and to check my messages below for details. But there are no new messages below. Is this normal? Should I have received a letter with instructions on how to proceed? I am from a visa exempt country, what should I expect next?

I think they will ask you for passport photocopy and pictures, also they will send u COPR.

Thank you ! I think its a system glitch,you have to contact them and send them Email ASAP before the deadline,report it as "Technical report" you have 30 days to provide a copy of your passport via IRCC Webform so you have to hurry up !

Thanks for the advice ehab2222. I sent an email to PVO about a week ago (when they send me an email to check my cic account and I found out that my application was approved but no letter below) but they didn’t answer yet. I did the technical report and I sent another email to Paris today. Hopefully someone will respond...
