Paris Visa Office

Hello Everyone!

I am from Spain, my husband is in canada. He got Sponsorship approved on 11th September, But in ecas it still shows "in process"

And the PR application status also changed to "in process", and in details it shows
1. We received your application on 10July (The day they recieved complete Sponsorship and PR application)
2.We started processing your application on 11 September.

Are they going really so fast, when my file got transfered to Paris, immediately they started processing it

Today i got an email from Paris VO asking for my passport's bio page's photocopy to complete the application (as stated by them),And i do need visa as i do not belong to visa exempt country.

Please share your experiences! Thanks.

May I ask your nationality?

As you are from a non visa exempt country the visa office would ask for your physical passport, not a copy of the bio page, so I do not think they are ready to issue your visa.

Can you paste the actual email they sent you, making sure to remove any personal info like your name?

Okay, please do not post the same question in multiple places.

It's nothing to worry about. Just send them a photocopy. It's possible you missed adding this to your application when you mailed it in. And Paris VO is just checking that your application is complete.
