Paris Office Timeline

After sending an email to our lawyer to notify him that our application is in Rome he responds that they were not advised that our application was transferred as for the reason he states that this is not a reason for concern because of a work sharing system IRCC has in place to ensure they maintain the standard processing time as best as possible and to minimize any backlog so that visa offices can complete processing of applications they receive as smoothly and quickly as possible , he is sending an Inquiry to both CPC-M and Rome requesting the exact date the file was transferred and requesting the current status of our case .... I DONT KNOW WHAT TO THINK ,IM LOST FOR THOUGHT :-[

I am glad that now you know where it is :) it will only get better from now on cheer up :)
 
See what your lawyer finds out before you stress anymore. If it were me, I would keep busy and focus and think of all the goodness coming, your new grand baby is one of them ;) you know where the application is now and that it's being worked on as we speak. All is good Marlg. :D Think positive and keep the faith, it is all working out for you and your family!!

Im a Rome VO applicant. I read your story i need to tell you that there is not a reason to worrie about.. You are in good hands..:) Hope the best for you and wish you a quick and possitive decision. .. If I were you i call my lawyer to pressure them (ROme VO) cause they seems to be a little bit slow .
 
Thank you for your response , Still I have been reading a lot that when your file gets transferred from one VO to another , it's because there is either a problem with your application , or an Interview is required.. Not that an Interview is worrying us , but that would mean that a red flag has popped up some where , my husband thinks maybe his application got transferred because he has refugee status here in Malta and we have been living here for three years now , and Rome is Responsible for applications from Malta .... I on the other hand am racking my brain not knowing what to think !!! ???

Nothing from my side , and husbands medical expires in 13 days .... STRESSING IS AN UNDER STATMENT :'(

awww hang in der Are you sure that it will expire that soon. When did he do the medical? my husband did his from Tunisia and I it said it will expire in 3 years.I know CIC would only take a year one but that what it said on his medical...
 
He did his medical on December 21st 2015 doesn't state an expiry on the medical ... But 1 year is all its good for , so Yeah it expires soon ... and nothing from VO or our Lawyer :'(

Wait for the VO to request a new one Marlg. This is why they are changing the steps with the new system. No more medical upfront. I think too many have had to redo them. I'm sure you'll hear something soon. Chin up girl ::)
 
Am I correct that if they don't request a redo of Medical, It's a refusal? ....... Praying I'm WRONG on this one :-[

It's not a refusal until they send you a refusal. ;) Don't get ahead of yourself with worry. His medical is still valid.
 
Trying to be Positive ,I really am .... But with 13 days left till Medical expires , things don't look good, I was just wondering though , They won't request a redo of Medicals if it's a Refusal , Right ?
 
Omg Finally the wait is finally over :) They asked for his passport :) I am over the moon :)
