Parents who are sponsored under PGP wants to move to another province

Hi,

My parents arrived this month and their province of destination as per their CoPR is BC. They want to move in with their sister in Winnipeg. I, their son sponsored them. They havent received their PR card yet or their BCID (MSP). Will there be any issues if they just move to Winnipeg now and register there? They already have their SIN. Thank you for the help. If you are asking why they are moving, my aunt who lives in Winnipeg needs medical care and they'd want to stay with her.

If they are moving there and plan to stay there for a long time, it's better to register with the provincial health in that province. They will not meet requirement to be covered by BC MSP.
