Hi I wonder if anyone has a similar situation. My good friend was able to sponsor her spouse and recently landed. Now she is thinking of inviting both her parents for a family visit. The parents will be responsible for all the expenses like airfare, insurances, they can submit bank statements etc, while she will provide accommodation as they will live with them. Are you allow to invite your parents as tourists right after sponsoring your spouse? Does the income requirements will still apply in this case? Thank you

It is the parents applying not your friend. So not issue. Parents show their own funds, ties to return and travel history. Income requirement is only for supervisa.

for visit visa the host do not need to show any proof of funds or minimum income
that's is required in case of a super visa
she can surely apply for her parents visit visa and the processing will be based on her parents profile primarily
she can just write an invitation letter and mention her intentions to support them while they are in canada
you can google requirements for a TRV and see what information is required to be mentioned in the invitation letter

Hi, I will be going to have the same situation. I am going to apply my mother visa visa ( she came to Canada in 2022 but now she has a new passport) so as I am sponsoring her strip. Do I have to include a rental agreement? Is it necessary so add? If landlord say no how should I proceed?

No need to include a lease. I would suggest reading your lease because many do not allow longterm visitors.
