Hi.

Appreciate your help. I'm planning to apply for my parents visitor visa and plan to include invitation letter with a promise to fully support them financially on this trip (can get this Notorised if necessary):

1. Do they have to include their bank statements or mine will be enough (They don't have alot of money saved)

2. In regards to strong home ties, they have a registered business, cars, under 22 years sibling they support and pension documents. We will also get affidavit showing intend to return. Could this be enough?

3. Father saved in police and I hear they request further documents, what documents are these and is there away to include this during the initial application.

Thanks again for taking your time

Assuming this is NOT a super visa -

1) Their financial statements are going to be extremely important to show they are able to buy tickets, pay for food and accomodation, if required. Since this is not a supervisa, I am not sure how much your financial statements matter.

2) Seems like enough ties with business, another child (dependant) and pension documents.

3) Sometimes they ask for additional information regarding the service such as who did he report to, duties, etc.

I could be totally wrong and this is my opinion only, I will be happy to be corrected by senior members.

Thanks so much.

We do qualify for super visa, except they don't intent to stay here longer as per super visa requirements.
For this reason the system would not allow us to do super visa. The idea was, apply for this normal parents visitor visa but then include documents like invitation letter and and commitment to fund their trip just as the super visa requires. Have heard this worked for other so just wanted to make sure

You can try to apply for a TRV showing primarily your funds. Don’t waste money notarizing anything. The fact that you swear that they will return home isn’t actually enforceable. If they get denied a TRV next time select a visit longer than 6 months in the application process so they apply for a supervisa but you can then specify in your invitation letter than they only plan on coming for a short visit.
