Parent's visitor visa refused

Hi,

I applied online for multiple entry visitor visa for my parent's but it got refused. The reason for refusal is

• You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your / your host's income and assets

I provided my bank statements which had around 15000$ + 8000$. I didn't provide my pay stub. What are the chances of getting the visa if I reapply with my pay stubs and a letter from my company stating my salary and designation. Also can I contest the visa refusal and ask them to reconsider it or do I have to reapply.

There is no fixed amount as such, but try again with more focus on assets for not only host but also parents

Papers like tax returns, salary stubs etc would help

My dad is retired but my mom is working. I provided employment letter for my mom as well as property papers. I also provided their bank statements and tax return for the last two years.
