Parents Visitor Visa no update since 3months [2024]

I had applied for my parents visitor visa on April 26th 2024.
Documents attached:
- Proof of funds.
- Invitation letter.
- Passport scan(both parents)
- My PR card
- My address proof.
- My current working letter from employer
- City of biometrics: Bangalore
Biometrics date: 8th May.
No update since then, can not call ircc as no representative form uploaded.

Any idea what could be the issue

Within normal processing time.

Has the processing times changed or the ones on website are different than actual?
It shows 51 days on ircc website and based on that its been 55 business days till now.

That is an estimate many take much shorter time while many take much longer.

Typically less. Typically a few months maximum if not issues with their file.
