Hello Friends,

I would be going to Canada with my monther who has a visitor visa. If anyone knows the common set of questions that the CBSA officers would ask parents, kindly let me know. I want to keep her for 6 months.

Thank You,
Ritvik:)

Has she received her TRV? Given that you have been away for 6 months and are returninf it appears as though your mother is moving back to Canada with you. Have you applied for your wife's outland spousal sponsorship? Does your wife also have a TRV?

Hello,

No I have not applied for my wife's outland sponsorship nor does she have a TRV. Her TRV was rejected once!

Once I reach Canada will be applying for my wife's PR and until she gets her PR my mom would try to stay with me.

Thanks and please advise:)

Ritvik

Do you think I should book a return ticket for her for 3 months and later cancel the ticket?

Yes a return ticket would be helpful. There is no guarantee your mother will be able to stay with you that long. She remains a visitor in Canada.
