parents visit visa from india

hi I am permanent resident and I applied for my mother in law's visitor visa as my wife pregnant and got rejected 3 times saying not enough assets. now i am applying for my parents with lot of documentation like assets in India worth more than 2 Crore and 4 lakh liquid funds in bank my tax returns, payslips, utility bills and 15 k CAD in my account and applying for only 1 month but not mentioning that my wife is pregnant. just saying that they will come visit us and we will visit some places in Canada. is that good enough.

You can mention that your wife is pregnant. I got visit visa for my in laws mentioning that.
They will definitely consider as their presence will help you.
