My sister and her family are canadian citizens. my dad applied in 2013 thier application was rejected stating financial condition. then we applied in aug 2017 visa got rejected stating "OTHER REASONS"
and Jan 2018 again it is rejected : OTHER REASONS. "Given economic conditions, employment prospects, considering your travel history, economic establishment and family ties,
we are really sad, my parents has good track record of travel history, every year he keeps travelling. and his dream is to see canada and his daughter whom he has not seen from last 4 years. we had mentioned that they are going to stay only one month.

1. What were the list of documents that your parents had submitted for their recent applications?
Bank statement 6months, trade license of dad busines, income tax papers, chartered account letter showing movable and immovable properties of dad and mom, covering letter, invitation from my sister, T4, notice of assesment, mortage papers, property papers of my mom with translations,
2. countries visited and duration of stay
UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, in last 10years and been travelling every years stay not more than one month. singapore, hongkong, bangkok, (before 10years)
3. Are your parents employed/business? Do they own property/land or have a lease in their name? Do they live with dependent relatives? Are they dependent on someone for their finances?
my dad has busines and he is almost retired. he is not actively doing busines. he is a travel agent and tour organiser. just to keep himself busy he conduct one tour to saudi arabia every year
4. What did they mention as the purpose of their visit?
to visit daugther and her family.
now i am planning to reapply online this time. we have bank statement, trade license, income tax assesment, agreement in which dad is partner in other bsuiness, invitation from daugther, t4, Notice of assesment, mortage papers, house ownership in mom name, translation of the home ownership documents, letter from CA showing total movable and imovable properties of both mom and dad, previous travel history passport copies, bank balance of my dad is CAN14,000 and mom bank balance CAN6000. now reapplying for 16days only. kindly let me know if any further documents required and also how will i reply to afore said rejection reasons. pls help need immediate help as i will have tp apply in couple of days.
