Parents visa got rejected !!!

Hello,
Please help me
My parents visa got rejected
They have filed on the basis of my graduation letter
My dad is an engineer and he do private job and he got NOC for 15 days
In cover letter- my parents showed that they are going to pay everything by themselves
We showed everything bank statements, fd, CA evaluation including property and everything
My all details were given including lease papers bank balance my full time job offer letter, convocation letter
My mom was secondary applicant who is beautician by profession and her all details were included too
The reason they show for the rejection is family ties in Canada and India- I am their daughter and they are coming for my convocation I don’t know how they will be rejecting this
The next one includes- purpose of your visit- which we showed clearly by including graduation letter
The next one includes financial and personal assets- which we showed them too
Now I am so confused that what documents should I change ?!!

Do they live and work in your home country? Did they show only personal savings account and liquid funds? No business accounts or fixed deposits. Do you have ant siblings living with them in your home country? Do they care for their parents?

My father works as an engineer in a Tu age company and mother do Private business as a beautician which is not huge
I don’t have any siblings and my grand parents are no more
So it’s only my parents who live there

Do they live in the country where they have citizenship? Do they own a home and/oproperty? How much person savings (not business) have they shown which is not stuck in some sort of fixed deposit?

Yes they live the same country where they have their citizenship
They have property such as land home and so on
Maybe around 20000-30000 CAD without Fixed deposit
