I want to apply for Parents PR visa on IRCC Permanent Residence Portal, My query is that i have tired to register in portal from last 4 days but till date my account is not register. "there was technical error when handling your request.please try again later. How can do further process". I saw this error at the time of register .

Can you clarify the situation? Did you enter the lottery in 2020 and were you selected this year to sponsor your parents? Did you receive an invitation this year to sponsor them?
No we did not received an invitation in this year. we just try to register in this year.
wait until 2023 ,it will be announced if they will continue with this process or not .you will hear about the process then .
And just to clarify if it does open for profiles in 2023 that it is just a profile. Your parents have to be selected (based on past years) in a lottery and you must meet LICO for the last 3 years. It is always oversubscribed for the 20k or so that are selected. Many people wait years or are never selected.
