Here is the timeline for my Mother's Super VIsa application.

Application submitted: Feb 22nd
Biometrics Requested: February 23rd
Biometrics done: February 27th
Medical done: UpFront
Medical passed: March21st
Request for additional Document: Requested for Sponsor's latest T4 (Tax Document)
Background check and eligibility shows in progress
Passport Request Letter : March 28th
Passport Submitted to VFS : April 2nd
Passport reached Delhi IRCC : Fri Apr 05 2024

Awaiting Passport Dispatch email..!

Just got the PPR!!
March 28: application approved. Got passport request in online portal.
Tracker still shows background in progress.

Great. Have you submitted the passport for stamping.. Do you mind sharing the timeline to get get the visa stamped.

If you go to activities, then you can see more information. I figured it out only today. For my parents BG is in progress, everything else is not started.

Got a question on Super visa.

My parents name has some spelling mismatch between passport and birth certificate....Do we need to submit both ? Or only my birth certificate is enough to prove relationship

I didn’t see any spot to add his Birth certificate, so is it really necessary? What documents makes application strong? Thank you for your time

Sharing my updated timeline after PPR.

PRR received : March 28
Passport submitted VFA Ahmedabad: April 04
Passport in progress at Delhi VO: April 08

no update after that. Waiting for visa to get stamped on the passport
