Please house, I need some ideas here.
I'm planning to bring my parents here permanently with my mum being able to work and get income for herself and husband (my dad won't be able to work) I haven't been successful with the PGP so I'm looking for other routes even though I know it might be longer.
I'm torn between applying for a regular visitor visa or super visa. Here are the things in my head:
Apply for regular visa (option to stay for 6 months max), then search for lmia job for my mum, if successful, apply for work visa and hope for PR down the line. If work option doesn't come, then I'll apply for school from inside Canada and proceed to work permit 》》 then PR afterwards. (I don't know if you can apply for study permit from inside Canada.

The other option is to apply for super visa and proceed with the work or school option as above. The only difference is that if the work/school doesn't work, then they'll still be able to stay here for at least 5 years even though it will be expensive for me.

Again, I do not know which one is advisable to apply to - regularvisitorvisaorsupervisa (bearing in mind my long-term plans)?

Please I need your thoughts/ideas/suggestions/critics to help me please. Thanks in advance

It's really your choice if you go for a regular TRV or super visa. You can do either.

The study permit cannot be processed within Canada. The application will need to be processed through a visa office outside of Canada.

FYI - the study permit route will be more expensive than if your parents simply remain in Canada without working as visitors. If your mother goes the study permit route, she will need to pay international student fees and attend school full time. She will also be limited to working 20 hours a week while in school. She won't cover the costs of her tuition working just 20 hours a week. This option will be the most expensive.

Would add that unless it makes sense for career progression for your mother to study it will e pretty difficult for her to get a study permit. At her age and with a child in Canada it will likely appear that she just wants to live in Canada. If she has a chance of approval it would be for an advanced degree at a reputable school. There is never a guarantee that parents can relocate to Canada until they have received PR. The demand for spots far exceeds the spots available, Canada has an ageing population and has a huge problem with healthcare resources tower e the existing population. Always have a plan B.
