How long will it take for the application status after medical exam to change to decision made.
Biometrics police clearance have been submitted and last stage was medical exam which was submitted three months ago and the application status is still under process .

There is no set time. Background checks are usually the longest part of the process.

Yes wouldn't they be over when n they went forward with the police clearance and asked for thr medical exam ?

background check is on top of police check and medical exam. It's about all background of that person, not just criminal records. And it usually starts after medical and police check. (some visa office have different order of processing but most starts background after the above 2)
