I would appreciate if anyone can share any information.

My mother is working with the central government, she is 53 years old. My dad has his business. I have recently got my PR, a month ago. They would like to settle down in Canada. Can I sponsor my dad for the PR first and once mom retires then her. Or should I get them a Super Visa? But the thing with super visa is they will not be able to work here. I would be grateful if anyone can advise.

Yes - you can sponsor your father first and then have your mother come later. Note that you'll need to show enough income to cover both parents even if you are sponsoring only one and will obviously also need to be selected out of the applicant pool.

Correct - super visa does not allow them to work in Canada. It's the equivalent of a visitor visa. They will only be here as visitors and won't be able to work or benefit from the health care system or anything else like that.

1. Can I start the sponsorship process for my dad right away, I am asking this because since it has only been a month since I got mine or do I have to wait for a certain period of time.

3. Apart from PR is there any other way that my father can come here and work? Maybe work permit or something?

1. No - you cannot. You have to wait until you have worked in Canada for three years and have made enough income in each of those three years to meet LICO. Once you meet LICO, you will need to wait until IRCC opens the parent/grandparent sponsorship process (this typically happens in January of each year) and you will have to hope you are selected. Only a limited number of applications are allowed each year. You can only sponsor your parents if you are selected.
2. You can apply for a super visa as soon as you are making enough income from a job in Canada to meet LICO.
3. Most likely not a realistic option. It's extremely difficult to get a work permit. In order to do that, your father would need to first secure a job offer from a Canadian employer. That employer would then need to go through the LMIA process and obtain an approved LMIA. It's extremely difficult to find employers who are willing to do this.
