For Sponsoring Parents PR, can any of your parent be the primary applicant. Can I make my mother the primary applicant who is a homemaker and make my Dad dependent in the application.

1. Either can be the principal, no IRCC requires originals with signature.

I have another question.. my birth certificate from the municipality has my mother's name with wrong spelling which was corrected by hand as an alias. The name is correct on my passport and everywhere else. Will the birth certificate cause any problem ? what can i do now to resolve it.
