I have submitted my parent's sponsorship application to Mississauga 16 months ago. My application had 4 persons i.e., bother parents, a brother less than 22 year old(accompanying dependent), and a brother more than 22 year old but full-time student (NON-accompanying dependent). Additionally, 3 persons in my family (myself, my wife and a son) are in Canada. At the time of application I was told that I have to show income for 7 persons. I did so.
Here is the twist, my NON-accompanying dependent brother is no more dependent as he has completed his studies and started working. At the same time now my wife wants to sponsor her both parents and their 3 dependent children with me as a co-signer.
How many people should be counted in the second application. Should I count my NON-accompanying brother?
One more question is that at the time my parents sponsorship application LICO for 7 persons was around CAD$ 54,000 now it is CAD $57,000. Which amount should be used for financial evaluation in my wife's parents sponsorship application.
