Parents Sponsorship | Insufficient space in Schdule A form

Hi
I am preparing parents sponsorship form. Schedule A form requires to provide information about personal history (Section 8) and Employment, both of my parents were government employees (they are retired now), I need to fill up section 10. Question is:

1. When I type the information in PDF it seems there is restriction on number of characters. Can I hand write the information on the form or should I provide cover letter with complete information or include additional sheet on information that does not fit in.
2. Both of my parents are retired now for 10 years now, so in Section #8 Personal history, should i provide name of the company in column "Name of company, employer, school, facility as applicable" they were employed in before they were retired?

Attach a4 sheet with rest of info. On A4 sheet start with applicant name dob then question number.

Thank you for the Reply Jhutti, what to do if the name of the company does not fit in the space provided? Section 10 has following instruction
"List any government position (Such as civil servant, judge, police office, employee in security organization) you have held. Include Positions you have held before or after your retirement. Do not use abbreviations. Write NONE in the box if you have not held any government positions"

it specifically mentions not to use abbreviations.
