Ours is also Jan 2014 PGP sponsorship case but no decision has been made so far and the status still shows "Under Process".

Still waiting for any response from cic for medical and police certificate. It's a long time. Is there any applicants left applied in 2014 waiting for cic decisions?
Yes. I am a Jan 2014 PGP applicant. Case shifted to CPC Ottawa in July 2016. Medical, PCC submitted in August 2016. Six months have passed but no further development. Wondering how many such applicants are still waiting for a decision.
