Parents sponsorship - how fast?

Hi,

If I am a new PR living in Quebec, how fast can I sponsor my parents?

The same question for Ontario.

In Quebec, once you've worked for at least a year in a job that meets LICO. In Ontario, at least three years after you've worked in a job that meets LICO.

In both cases you also still need to enter the lottery once you qualify and hope you are selected.

It must be the same company? Does job switching “reset” the year count?

No - it doesn't have to be with the same company.

Between what periods of time I should be in Quebec, to be eligible to sponsor?
Is it from January 2018 to January 2019 (one full year) so I can sponsor in 2019?

you should be current resident of quebec to apply since they have different rule and show NOA for 2016. Plus you need to win lottery now / from 2017/
