Parents Sponsorship help 2018.

Hello everyone.
I started the Parents Sponsorship in 2017. I was just recently approved to be a Sponsor, and the file is being transfer abroad to New Delhi, India. How will and Who will the Visa office contact. Will they contact my parents and how? Or will they contact me for my parents via e-mail?

1. You will not have any contact information of visa officer. If you have any query call CIC phone line or use URL given by CIC to submit query.
2. CIC will contact you guys from below 2 ways:
-- if signed a Representative: Will contact Representative via preferred method what ever was filled in form IMM5476: Via Email or by physical Mailing
-- if not signed any Representative: CIC Will contact applicant via preferred method what ever was filled in form IMM0008: Via Email or by physical Mailing

If you want CIC to contact you : send them a IMM5476 by assigning yourself a Representative for your parents.
