How can you be so sure OP doesn't meet requirements?

OP declared that he met requirements when submitted EOI.

OP should apply and let IRCC decide. Not you.
How can we be so sure he doesn’t meet the requirements?
Just a wild guess, because the o/p stated he doesn’t

“They have asked me to apply before June 28 but i have realized that my income for 2016 is 4000 dollars short to meet the income requirement.”

We’re not talking a loonie short , we’re talking 4000 loonies short , bit off the mark
It’s just a wild guess mind you

I work with declarations all the time.

People who have a legal obligation to declare that the work they did was safe and complied with workplace safety laws. They declare it, and they declare that they inspected it to ensure it was safe and complied.

Then government inspectors go and inspect the work. Turns out it was safe, and the person who made the declaration never inspected it themselves.

Anyone can declare whatever they want anytime. Each time you install a new app on your phone, you declare you read the entirety of the terms of service and end user licensing agreement. I can guarantee you that you didn't.

Here, OP declared he met LICO. Then he reviewed income and discovered he was $4000 short.

His simple act of declaration doesn't change his line 150 reports on his tax return.
