Sponsorship Approval : February 26, 2015.
File Transfer : New Delhi
Local Visa Office AOR : 15 April, 2015.
Additional Document & Medical request(through email): 28 April, 2015.
Medical Done: 09 May, 2015.
Additional Documents sent: 15 May, 2015.
Ecas Status changed to 'Medical Received' on 22 May, 2015.

Waiting for PPR.

The update documents were sent as per Vienna's request.

• New updated completed Schedule A (IMM 5669E) for you. ( For Each person) –
• New original police certificate
• Medical examination – Completed Mar 23rd.

I went and talked to the MP of our area. She was able to check that the received everything and the status. Here is the update from the MP.

Everything has been received and they are now conducting background checks. There is no timeframe for this, however, once these have been received the file should be ready for final review.

How long does the background take? or how long of a wait are we looking at before they request the passports.

Passports Requested April 27th. Passports sent a couple off days later
2 weeks later visas were sent back.
Landed in Canada May 9th.

Then they ask for original police report and schedule A form. So last week we submitted that.

my guess is within 4 weeks you should be receiving ppt request. our folks medical done on may 6 and sent additional forms and PCC last week, it showed that they received it yesterday (5/26/2015) no change in ecas status for medical as yet. can you tell me if your documents received by "MR L FENNING" in London,uk? this is signatory name I see in my tracking information.

I sent that form in the beginning with my email on and later for case specific enquiry so they have my email address and I received emails from them and my email also shows in gcms notes.
so if you had sent that form indicating your email they should have your email add also you can check your gcms notes if you order one previously to confirm that they have your email add.
if not, then just send them a form with your email add.
