Hi if someone can help me with some important information. Recently I got email for medical, PCC and update family background but they didn't mention which address to send them to... I'm confused. My parents r from Dhaka Bangladesh so which address do we use to send the documents to.! If someone could let me know really appreciated.

you need to send them to your local visa office, e.g. London, UK or Dhaka.

Hi starzibal my parents resides in Dhaka but our visa office is singapur. That's where the email came from.
So send them to singapur

Yes, if your local visa office is Singapore then yes send them there.

at the end of that email it should say where to send, and you should see two addresses there, PO box and other one physical address. if you are sending via courier then use the physical address. Hope this helps.

if you are sending other than courier,use the PO box then, but I recommend use DHL to send to the Physical address. Thanks

Please confirm.
I got this request to submit birth certificates and my degrees that shows the relationship of Parents child along with Schedule A form.
I did that right away and got an auto reply from London Immigration on 27th April 2015 that they will respond to my query in 28 days.
Please confim that email submittal is ok and I donot need to send a hard copy via mail ? :-\

How long is the visa valid for ?

Visa validity is usually connected with medical expiry. If medical occurred on Jan. 1, 2015 and you received the visa on June 30, 2015, it will be valid for 6 month.
