after that cic has asked my parents for their marrige pictures.. which was sent to them after a week.. the same was requested in january..

hey ROOP when you sent marriage pics or when they get every info that they want for ur case then it'll takes 2 months to get status changed to 'In Process'

Received email from Delhi visa office today, asking for additional documents (similar to one submitted to Canada), why do they need additional forms to be completed, when all the informations would be same. Also they said a separate email will be send for medical request. is this how the procedure flows?

Thanks you for the info. One thing that already worries me is one of the dependent on file is currently in Canada with expired passport and it is currently with refugee board as we applied for refugee which wasn't successful. Any suggestions on how to handle it now?

My mother and sister's file is in process since Dec 2009. Waiting for medical request. After file was transferred to London my mother got her TRV for Canada which is valid until 2017, and sister recently got trv for 4 years as well. Should I ask her file to be transferred to Ottawa or wait for medical from London? London visa office is so slow just like isb. Our file was transferred to them back in Jan 2014 and as of now no news for meds

Islamabad viza office then in 2014 march my file transferred to london viza office
.dun lose hopes. Process is slow but they are responding.
