Option C printout for the tax year you submitted the original application and tax year you submit the application.
In your case, I think they are looking for Printout for tax year 2010 and 2013?

I applied in October 2010. I have requested 2010 and 2013 Option C from CRA (tax dept). I hope this is correct.

Let us know ASAP what the response from cic was!! I read in a previous decision that one person called up the cic office regarding the same and they immediately send him a updated document checklist by mail!!

Thanks alot buddy, I would say you take chance like Amy1 and send NDVO your passports. Write a letter saying "how you forgot to send passports along with other documents after getting the PCC's done. I'm sure they won't reject it. Best of luck to you once again. Hope you get the visas soon.

Hi Deep31, have you also receive/checked your "DECISION MADE" in ecas? Does it have the exact date when they made the decision. Mine don't have, it only says DECISION MADE so we're hoping too for immediate reply to know what is the decision. I think we're going to wait for a normal mail.

Got a call yesterday from our consultants to pick up our passports . Just picked up the passports and visas pn all four passports... Thank you god... For those waiting dont lose hope, just a matter of time....
