delhi visa office, demands iraq pcc of my father...
bt the condition of iraq is not good due to war...
thats why my pcc is not issued by ministry of iraq...
plz tell me what i have to do now ..........i am very helpless..plz help me plzzzzzzzz

hello can u please share your complete Tim line when u applied you application to sponsor. And one more thing have u applied pcc of iraq or u have not applied. And the other thing between which year ur father was there in iraq the travel date.waiting for your reply

I've submitted application for my parents and AOR is on July 22, 2010. Yesterday, 2014 July 29, I've received another letter from CIC asking for more documents.
Here is my question:
I understand this is just the first step which is evaluating my sponsorship. Once it's passed , do they still have to
go through the second phase which is to be processed in the visa office abroad? That's another 55 months in Beijing or 12 months in HongKong.

If it's gonna take another 55 months, we'll probably withdraw it as it's useless .

Option C printout for the tax year you submitted the original application and tax year you submit the application.
In your case, I think they are looking for Printout for tax year 2010 and 2013?

Thanks star9. Also do you know once our sponsorship has been approved, what's gonna be the next step?
I think people applied in 2010 are considered as the old batch before they completely halted this category. Are we still going to the visa office outside Canada?

Application Applied on - 12 feb 2011.

On my checklist, they are also looking for copies such as their marriage certificate, national identities.... My question is are these documents to be notarized as they are apparently not in English.

Let us know ASAP what the response from cic was!! I read in a previous decision that one person called up the cic office regarding the same and they immediately send him a updated document checklist by mail!!

Canadian Address will reflect most probably in applicants column now.
Just wait for the passports now.

Like how long are we going to wait for the pp's w/ visa?
