CPC-M received my additional docs package on August 22 and they send acknowledgement on sept 25. How long will it take to finish approval process after acknowledgement?

Per Mp if medical expire they will extend it for 3 more months that's a norm nowadays, but I think if medical expire file will go in big delay rack

because On Cic website they says that

Validity period of a medical certificate

Medical certificates for applicants who pass a medical examination in or outside Canada are valid for twelve months from the date of the last medical assessment of an applicant’s file by a medical officer and/or delegated staff.

There is no expiry date of medical validity for applicants who are inadmissible.

Starting Date for Calculating the 12 Month Validity Period of a Medical Certificate: the last medical assessment on file is the starting date for the 12 month validity of a medical certificate.

Did CIC have sponsor's email info? If not, they have mailed a letter with decision, hopefully sponsor has met the eligibility to sponsor.
Hopefully file has been transferred to the visa office accordingly. Give it 2-3 days.

the sponsor can also try asking the CIC call centre about the decision......

If decision is made, the eCAS "Sponsorship application status" should say "Decision Made" by next week, the PR status may continue to display Received, until it goes into processing at the VO.
