When they start to process the file ( hasn't started for 2010+ applicants ), they will ask you to fill the actual forms your parents need to fill ( called IMM 0008 and others ) which has space for email - all communication will be done to that one

Do they actully ask for updated forms? Is it possible to change the requested visa offfice when they ask to submit additional docs?
